Shipping Policy
Shipping costs are assessed by weight and can be viewed prior to checkout. All orders placed online are shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise selected. Expedited orders may also be requested by phone. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery - unless otherwise stated.
Shipments Weighing Over 150lbs
Due to the limitations of the automatic shipping calculator orders weighing over 150lbs will require specific shipping cost assessment. Any shipments requiring cost adjustments on will be emailed to you. If you think your order may exceed 150lbs weight or you would just like a quote please contact us directly.

International Orders
Please contact us via email or call + 323-446-8647 if you wish to place an order from a country other than the USA or Canada. This will allow us to quote the best shipping options for your order.
Phone Orders
You may also call 1-(888) 624-8222 to order by phone. If payment is made by personal check, your order will ship once your check has cleared. Orders paid for by Money Order or Cashier's Check will ship upon receipt.
Sales Tax
Orders shipped within the state of California will be charged 8.25% sales tax unless a valid Resale License Number is provided. Please contact us for additional details.
Return Policy
An RMA number must be issued before merchandise can be returned.
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon receipt.
All shipments are carefully inspected and packed before leaving the warehouses. If your shipment has been damaged in transit please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report the damage.
All returns must be pre-approved and a Return Merchandise Authorization Number allocated.
If you are requesting a return, please contact our customer service by EMAIL to have your return confirmed first and RMA issued. Please state the reason for the return. If the item has been damaged please email an image of the damage- this may be required to send the correct replacement part if necessary and for our own claims if the damage is a result of handling in transit.
The RMA# must be written on the shipping label attached to the boxe(s) being returned and shipped back to our warehouse. All returns must be shipped with freight prepaid.
All returns must be in the same (unused) condition as received by the customer and must retain it is original packaging. All returns must be received within ten (10) days of RMA date of issue.
Mannequin Max does not accept COD returns. The customers are responsible for the returning the product and the shipping cost incurred except where otherwise agreed.
Refund Policy
There will be a 17% restocking handling fee on all returns. Once we have received your returned item, the refund (less the 17% restocking & handling fee) shall be issued to you.
